| MMC consultant Janek Oblikas was certified by a British consulting group PERA to carry out Innovation Audits. PERA is a group of companies specialized in the area of innovation. The background and experience of the consultant was assessed, as well as the competences needed for advising clients in the area of innovation and product development. The method used for Innovation Audits was selected by Enterprise Estonia to be used for such purposes in Estonia and is called Innovation Factory. The certified consultants all received training about the Innovation Factory. The Innovation Audit covers both product and market development, as well as looks into how well the innovation is integrated and in what state are the relevant processes. |
